STORE POLICIES

Return and Exchange

While we serve our best to satisfy each customer.  Please refer to below listed advises and policies to avoid disputes:

All sent out products would have gone through Quality Inspections, however should there be any areas with quality issues, please email us with your order number, item number and also a clear photo of problematic area within next day of stock receiving.  Once the quality issue is approved and confirmed by Doozy Fashion Assessment Team, customers will need to return the product to us in its original packing with tracking number within 2 business days following date of return confirmation by Doozy Fashion.  Late shipment my result in the rejection of return.  All local (Hong Kong) return and sending expenses will be covered by Doozy Fashion, where for all International Orders (out of Hong Kong), customers will be responsible for the product return while Doozy Fashion will cover the sending expenses of exchanged product.  Please refer to below further details on Exchange and Refund criteria:

Exchangeable Conditions:

  • Defected with holes or torn fabrics

  • Wrong size as received vs. what was placed

  • Wrong item as received vs. what was placed (not the same product as image on site when purchase was made)

  • Due to nature of fabric, all received products could have 1-4cm variances vs. measurements advised on site, where should customers receive any product with discrepancies of +/- 5cm, we will consider that as a 'wrong' measurement to receive 

 

All exchanges as applicable under the 'exchangeable conditions' per mentioned above can only be made on the same product in the same color and size.  Only if product to exchange is out-of-stock can customers then choose for a return of product for store credits to apply on next purchase(s), or alternatively to choose for a refund.  This is the only circumstance when we will offer store credits or a refund.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Delivery longer than anticipated (may this be due to source of vendor or courier)

  • Request for ALL items as purchased to refund when partial order or selected item(s) out-of-stock.  Only actual 'out-of-stock' item(s) will be refunded

  • Request for refund when purchased product's style, color, size, fabric or quality do not meet customers' expectations

  • Due to hygienic reasons, all Underwear and Swimwear products are non-returnable

  • Color fading on denims

  • Subjective standards of slight dot(s) or stain(s), loose thread(s), mild scratch on leather goods, material not as expected or size not to fit nicely

  • Sign(s) "to-exchange" or "to-refund" product being washed 

  • Fail to report problem within next day of stock receiving

  • Fail to return product within 2 business days after exchange / refund confirmation is approved

Other Notes:

  • Please note color aberration on products may occur due to individual computer monitors or lighting

  • In case of any disputes, Doozy Fashion reserves the right to make the final decision​​​​
